I was shocked to receive an e-mail last week from the Human Capital Institute asking me to present a webcast on mentoring. Past presenters for these webcasts have included executives at huge, innovative companies like PespiCo. Everything happened very quickly, and it's official. The big day is December 9. Wish me luck! I'm scared. :o)
